Refund Policy
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT
Ali’s Couture understands that ordering online can sometimes be difficult. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We our happy to offer Easy Return Labels for a store credit to be used towards future purchases.
To initiate your return with our Easy Return Label start your return below. A $5.95 fee will be deducted from your store credit for our Easy Return Label. Easy Return Labels is only available for domestic orders.
Once your order is placed we are not able to cancel it.
YOUR RETURN MUST ARRIVE BACK TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS, WE ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT.
ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS CAN NOT BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging. Original tags, including Ali’s Couture tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached. All item(s) received must be in good condition, free of ALL ODORS, stains, and damages.
Return items must be received within the 30 days from date delivery regardless of when your Easy Return Label was issued and/or approved. Delivery date is when the item was delivered first attempt, not the date redelivered or pickup date.
Once we receive your returned package we will inspect the item(s) and issue you an E-Gift Card Store Credit. We do not issue refunds to original payment method. E- Gift Card Store Credit are sent via email to the email used at checkout. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credit does not expire.
Please allow 3-5 Business days to process your return once it arrives back to us.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse any returns that does not meet our requirements including any irregular or excessive returns indicative of worn and/or “wardrobing.” Customer will be responsible for postage back to their delivery address.
We do not offer exchanges. We will issue a store credit and notify you immediately for you to proceed to order the item desired if available.
Order(s) placed with store credit from a return are considered final sale. We do not allow double returns.
We do not offer Easy Return Labels for International Purchases including U.S. territories abroad, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM(S):
If you received a damaged or defective item(s), please contact us at customercare@aliscouture.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item(s) so we can rectify this immediately. It is the buyers responsibility to check for any damaged or defective clothing upon opening the package once it’s delivered. Customers will be responsible for return postage if item(s) are damaged or defective when on Final Sale.
BOGO RETURNS:
Any items purchased during a Buy One Get One deal can be returned for store credit. Items purchased during a BOGO sale are viewed as pairs. If both items from a BOGO are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase is eligible for a store credit minus any return shipping fee.. The purchased or free/discounted items from a BOGO sale are eligible individually for store credit of equal original value.
If only one item from a BOGO deal is returned for store credit, the cost of the original purchase will be split equally between the two items. This is the value of each item and the store credit will be issued for this value minus any return shipping fee.
For example if item #1 is $50 and item #2 is $25, the order total is $75, meaning each item in the pair now has a value of $37.50, which is half of the order total.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS:
If you have an excessive amount of returns we will start applying a 15% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
AFTERPAY, SEZZLE AND SHOP PAY
If your return is approved by following the guidelines of our return policy: You will still need to complete your agreement/installments with Afterpay, Sezzle or Shop Pay. Afterpay, Sezzle or Shop Pay will not refund any portion of your installments for returns with us. A full credit for the item(s) will be provided to you immediately after your return is processed. Therefore, a full payment of the agreed installments with Afterpay, Sezzle or Shop Pay is required to keep a good standing with them.
