All international packages may be processed through customs regulation which may cause a slight delay in delivery. Ali’s Couture is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner.

Express and Expedited orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM will not be processed until Monday.

Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit Time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

* True to size means that you can order it in the size you usually wear, refer to our size chart. Not all body types are the same, it’s true to size for most. 

Ítems that are SOLD OUT and remain on our website are expected to restock soon. Sign up for NOTIFY WHEN AVAILABLE and you will receive a notification via email when it restocks. We do not know when and if an item will restock.
